Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or refund for store credit. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item. Until the returned item(s) arrive at our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.

  • We do not offer FREE returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back for returns or exchanges. Once accepted we will issue you your store credit via email to purchase your exchange. 

  • We Only Offer One Exchange Per Order
    Once you’ve exchanged an item once, we don’t offer further swaps for the same order.

  • UNDFINED reserves the right to deny any exchange/return if the item does not meet our return guidelines.
    In this case, you can choose to pay for the item to be shipped back to you, or we will dispose of it responsibly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including our UNDFINED frosted zip lock bag.
  • Clothing must be free of perfume, body odor, deodorant or washing powder, make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
  • MUST be in its original packaging with the correct barcode

    Items Not Eligible for Refunds/Exchanges 

  • Sale items
  • Samples (from our sample section or warehouse sales)
  • Items purchased using a discount code or during a promotion
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Headwear (for hygiene reasons)

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@undfined.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: email for address this is so we don't get surprise returns.

If your return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item. we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

Return for Store Credit 

Monetary refunds are ONLY given if an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged.

We do not issue monetary refunds for returns due to change of mind or size alterations. However, we do offer the option to exchange the product or receive a gift card as store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a store credit within 7 business days. 

Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card, which will be sent electronically to the original email address associated with your order. If you haven't received it yet, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you decide to change your mind or wish to exchange your item for a different size, you may return it for an exchange or store credit, provided that the item(s) meet our Return Conditions. Please note that items not adhering to these conditions will not be accepted upon return.

Items purchased using a discount code on full-priced items may be exchanged for the same product in a different size, depending on availability. If the item is out of stock, we can offer a store credit for the amount you paid — not the full retail price.

Sale and final price items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you need your new item quickly, you can return your original order. Once it meets our return conditions and is approved, you can place a new order right away. Your  store credit will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

in other ways please email us for an exchange and will will issue you a gift card to purchase your desired exchange (usually you will receive a gift card within 7 days after we receive your order)

In the event that the exchanged item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at hello@undfined.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
If the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer you a replacement, store credit, or a refund which will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

FOR ALL REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RESPONSE I WILL TRY MY BEST TO BE QUICK THANK YOU
